The Clinical Manager, an RN competent in both clinical and management skills, is responsible for supervising nursing care in collaboration with Department Directors. The Clinical Manager is responsible for medical center operations in the absence of any other designated authority.
*Complies with PHD policies and procedures, accreditation agency requirements, and federal, state or local law and regulations
*Demonstrates competency in Clinical Manager role as evidenced by but not limited to:
*Uses the nursing process in the delivery of care as evidenced by but not limited to:
*Demonstrates critical thinking and clinical competency in the delivery of patient care as evidenced by but not limited to:
